Voice picking is additive: if any of this is ever unavailable, pickers work on the
RF guns exactly as they did before. Nothing here sits between a warehouse and its
Oracle WMS for scanning.
Components
Picking (voice)
Pickers can sign in, hold a connection, and get a prompt back
for every answer. The only component whose being down costs anything — and it
costs hands-free picking, not picking.Operational
Admin panel
Sign-in, Floor, Reports, Team, Billing and Audit. Pickers do
not depend on it: a warehouse already picking keeps picking without it.Operational
Speech-to-text
A third-party service. When it is unavailable, every voice
screen still accepts a typed answer with the same confirmation checks.Operational
Demo warehouse
The zero-credential demo. No customer's picking depends on it;
it is listed separately so a broken demo never reads as an outage.Operational
Incident history
No incidents recorded. This page starts empty because the service is new, and it will
stay honest: resolved entries are never removed.
What these words mean
Operational
Behaving as documented.Operational
Degraded
It works and it is worse — slower, retrying, or one capability
missing while the rest holds.Degraded
Incident
A component is not doing its job.Incident
Picking is judged from a picker's seat, not from a monitor: if prompts
arrive late enough that pickers notice, that is Degraded even when every check is green.
