Handsfree

Published prices. One page, no “contact us for a quote” until the requirements genuinely need one.

Nothing on this page is a starting point that turns into something else on a call. The only figure we will not print is Enterprise, because it is a different scope rather than a different number.

The subscription

Standard

$299 / month platform

+ $79 / user / month

  • 10-seat minimum — so the smallest bill is $1,089 a month
  • One Oracle connection, plus a free sandbox connection
  • Core voice picking
  • Dashboards: live floor, reports, exports, alerts

Pro — for 3PLs

$299 / month platform

+ $119 / user / month

  • Everything in Standard
  • Multi-company scoping across facilities
  • Client portals — a read-only view locked to one of your customers
  • Multiple Oracle connections
  • Export API

The platform fee is not a rounding-up device. A tenant costs us the same fixed amount to keep certified against Oracle's quarterly releases whether it has ten pickers or eighty, and pretending otherwise would mean either overcharging the large sites or under-serving the small ones.

Getting started

Pilot

$2,500 — four weeks

  • Up to 10 pickers, one facility
  • Your QA pod first, then production
  • Credited in full against your first annual invoice
  • Deliverable is a measurement, not an impression: lines per hour and confirmation-failure rate, voice against your own RF baseline

Onboarding

$1,500 — one-off

  • Wi-Fi survey, including where the dead zones are
  • Location-label survey → which verification mode you can actually run
  • Device and MDM audit, battery plan, headset selection
  • Oracle named-user licence worksheet
  • Menu-path capture and the certification run that gates go-live

The pilot is paid on purpose. Free pilots do not get an internal sponsor, and a project nobody at your company is accountable for is a project that quietly stops in week three. $1,500 of onboarding is also honestly under-recovered against the hours it takes — it buys the survey, not a margin.

Enterprise

Custom, and only where the scope is genuinely different: single sign-on, concurrent-seat rather than named-seat licensing, a dedicated deployment, source-code escrow, and a contracted SLA. If none of those words apply to you, Standard or Pro is the whole price list and there is nothing further to negotiate.

What a year actually costs

Worked from the prices above, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it rather than trust it. Ten pickers, one facility, Standard:

Year one, ten seats on Standard, starting with a pilot.
LineWorkingAmount
Pilot — four weeksone-off$2,500
Onboardingone-off$1,500
Platform$299 × 12$3,588
Seats$79 × 10 × 12$9,480
Pilot creditagainst the first annual invoice−$2,500
Year one$14,568
Every year after$3,588 + $9,480$13,068

Pro at the same ten seats is a $1,489 monthly floor ($299 + $119 × 10) — $17,868 a year.

The rules behind the number

Why not cheaper

Because the honest cost of keeping one customer working is not zero. Oracle WMS Cloud updates quarterly, and each of those waves is a per-customer regression run against a recording of your pick flow — that is the mechanism that stops one Oracle release breaking every customer on the same morning. A price that did not fund it would buy you a cheaper subscription and a worse Tuesday.

Voice picking has a cheap end and an expensive end. Device-side voice plug-ins sell per handset for a few hundred dollars a year and voice-enable whatever the screen already shows; full voice platforms start in the tens of thousands per year with a multi-year term. We are deliberately in between, and if the cheapest possible line item is the requirement, we will say so on the first call rather than the fifth.

Next step

The order is try the demo → connect your QA pod → paid pilot. Nothing before the pilot costs anything, and the QA-pod step needs a scoped, RF-only service user rather than production credentials.
